Intermittent Fasting (IF) is without doubt one of the hottest trends in the nutrition space at the moment, and judging by the amount of questions we get every day in relation to how BYS Coffee can be utilized during a fast, I thought I would take the opportunity to explore how it all works and whether or not you can still enjoy your daily hit of our golden goodness while fasting.

From the outset, I did want to make it clear that the intention of this article is to neither advocate or detract from fasting itself or whether you should or shouldn’t follow it. I am of the opinion that people should experiment with all sorts of ways of eating and find what works best for YOU.
